Birthday Celebrations

We got home a bit ago. All the celebrating is done. Saturday, we had Trevors pirate birthday party. It was family and friends, kids and chaos. It was really wonderful. After cleaning up, we headed to the cottage for the night. We snuggled in our 2 year old..one.last.time. He went to bed, we blew up 30 balloons and had a beer together, a toast to being parents for 3 years.

I woke up and ran in to take a picture of him at his birth minute. 8:18am. Trevor woke up about 20 minutes later, had a blast in the balloons and opened a few presents. We had donuts and played.

At naptime, we headed North, to Wisconsin Dells for the night. We met with our friends and their 4 boys. We played in the waterpark, watched Pirates of the Caribbean on the TV and ate a nice dinner.

Today, we had a breakfast buffet and went in the waterpark again. We enjoyed a quiet ride home and here we are.

It was the perfect way to celebrate our miracle boy. {Pictures to follow, once I get unpacked}
