New Followers

I have had a ton of new people visiting my blog, so its about time I update my blog rolls. How great is the timing, considering it is National De-Lurking week? Please let me know if:
A-You read my blog. I would like to read yours.
B-You would like to be added to my daily reads.
C-You have gotten anything out of reading my blog.

Thanks in advance.

In fertility news, I went in this morning for my follow-up prolactin test. I won't get the results until next Tuesday. The pharmacy will be calling today to tell us how much we owe for the IVF drugs and to schedule delivery. I think I will tell them to wait to put the order through until I hear my results from the test. As of tonight, I have completed the first week of birth control! The first few days went by slow, but now I cant believe we are moving onto week two. I have been distracted with the prolactin level and haven't thought much about the IVF.

I just put in my order at Barnes and Noble for two books! I have heard great things about The Shack and look forward to reading that. I also ordered a book called The Couples Guide to IVF. Ill let you know if I think they are worth buying. :)

Have a great weekend, everyone. TGIF!!

I'm not quite sure where I found your blog -- but I'm here! I do have a blog on blogger, and I'm trying to do better about updating it (although it doesn't have much on it about our fertility struggles). We're going through similar issues (Although we haven't been trying nearly as long, and aren't nearly as far in the process), and my heart is with you. I'm in KY (wishing it was warmer weather) and look forward to sharing your journey :) Prayers!

Let me know how much the meds cost...that is terrifying me:) Why does medicine have to cost so MUCH!!! Some people order them online for cheaper but I'm kind of afraid to do that. I started my period today so I'm about to start the clomid challenge test...one step closer to IVF. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!! I hope your levels turn out great!

Hi,
I am new to your blog. My heart goes out to you. Having gone thru a few failed IVF's and then finally becoming a mom thru adoption I can understand what you are struggling thru. Praying you get some answers with those levels. Infertitlity SUCKS!!!! Hoping 2009 brings you a sweet baby or two.
Our blog is all about our journey thru adoption but funny enough is called "Our Peanuts Page".
Good Luck. I sincerely hope your dream becomes a reality.
Blessings,
Angie suki4198@comcast.net

Good Luck. I really enjoy reading your blog

I have been reading your blog ever since I made your blog layout for you. I am also 21, and have enjoyed reading your blog. I will be cheering you on in your journey for your own little peanut! You can find my personal blog in my profile, and if you want to I would love to be added to your blog roll/daily reads.

Erin,

Hello! I found your blog shortly before Christmas and I've been checking your blog and praying for you since. I have a coworker of mine that has been TTC for 2 years and I've seen her heartache, and I can only imagine the roller coaster this is for you. I will continue to pray for you and believe! The bible says, "Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart." He knows your strong desire to be a mother! God bless you!

P.S.- I also follow another blog:
www.kellyskornerblog.com and she has created a blog devoted to praying for women in your shoes (she was one of them). The blog is www.prayingforgodsblessings.blogspot.com. If you email her, she will add your name to the list so more people can pray! =)

hey there!

I clicked on your blog after seeing you on Mckmama's and was intrigued by your blog name....and now am intrigued by your story.

It amazes me how our bodies work...

I have a dear friend who has been ttc for 3 years...her DH isn't so sure about IVF, he had a vasectomy reversal...and then I have another friend who has been TTC for 3 years and is now pregnant with twins after her first IVF.

And I am praying for your family and your peanut!

I stumbled across your blog on MckMama's and also clicked b/c of the title. I've known two couples that have struggled with infertility and and as a mom, I just pray daily that any woman with that desire would be blessed by God with a child. I love reading parenting/baby blogs and reading about the different journeys people have made to parenthood. I do have a blog at http://growingupriggs.blogspot.com if you want to check us out. I don't have time to update it every day and I don't promise to be all that interesting, but I sure try.

I love the "delurker" word. I'm always curious about the people that may read our blog, but never comment.

Praying for you to become a mommy this year.

Another newbie! Started reading your blog a couple of weeks ago and have been praying ever since that you'll get to end '09 being sleep deprived from all the midnight feedings with your precious little one! Hoping either it's the prolactin OR that IVF is a homerun!!!!!! Thanks for sharing and being so open. Takes a heck of a person for that!

Ok, I'm not exactly sure how long your post has been on here but I just found your blog...
I, myself, experienced infertility BUT thanks to a Gracious God, a Great Fertility Dr & a VERY Loving & Supportive Hubby was able to conceive & now have a beautiful (almost 2yr old) daughter.
I will be reading & praying for you (& your hubby)... wishing you much success in 2009.
